Water, Pea Protein*, Expeller-Pressed Canola Oil, Refined Coconut Oil, Rice Protein, Natural Flavors, Cocoa Butter, Mung Bean Protein, Methylcellulose, Potato Starch, Apple Extract, Pomegranate Extract, Salt, Potassium Chloride, Vinegar, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Sunflower Lecithin, Beet Juice Extract (for color).

Recommended Cooking Instructions

Ready to cook in any ground beef recipe (skillet, grill, griddle).

Perishable
Keep refrigerated and cook thoroughly before serving.
Use within 3 days of opening.
Do not refreeze.
If purchased frozen, thaw in the refrigerator before cooking and consume within 10 days.

Not Recommended
Boiling in water or frying.

Tacos, Pasta Sauce, and Chili:
Heat non-stick pan over medium-high heat, add beyond mince.
Cook 5-8 minutes, breaking up to desired crumble size. Stir frequently.
If adding sauce, simmer up to 30 minutes.

Meatballs:
Mix dry and wet ingredients per your favorite recipe.
Pan-sear then add to sauce.
Simmer for 30 minutes, up to 60 minutes.

Burgers:
Heat non-stick pan or grill to medium-high to high heat.
Cook for 4-5 minutes per side for a 115g patty.
