Ingredients
Flavoured rehydrated pea protein 63,4% (water, pea protein and outer pea fiber, natural flavours, glycerin, salt, onion powder, garlic puree, beetroot powder, malt extract powder (gluten), pepper, sugar, bouquet garni, leek, onion), sunflower oil, water, gelling agent: methylcellulose, potato starch, pea fiber, bamboo fiber, chicory fiber, thickeners: xanthan gum, tara gum.
Keep frozen at -18°C or colder. Do not refreeze once thawed.
This product was made without the use of genetically engineered (GMO) ingredients according to the European regulation CE N° 1829/2003 & CE N° 1830/2003.
Cooking Instructions
In a traditional oven
Preheat oven to 180°C for 10 minutes.
Place the still-frozen product on a baking tray or on a foil-covered oven shelf and cook for 18-20 minutes.
In a frying pan
Preheat a little oil in a frying pan and place the still frozen product in the pan.
Fry over medium heat for 6-8 minutes turning occasionally.
