Rehydrated textured pea protein 59,8% (water, pea protein and outer pea fiber, natural flavourings, glycerin, onion powder, salt, beetroot powder, garlic puree, malt extract powder (gluten), pepper, sugar, bouquet garni, onion, leek), sunflower oil, water, gelling agent: methylcellulose, basil, potato starch, paprika, thyme, rosemary, oregano, savory, pea fiber, bamboo fiber, chicory fiber, thickeners: xanthan gum, tara gum.
Keep frozen at -18°C or colder. Do not refreeze once thawed.
This product was made without the use of genetically engineered (GMO) ingredients according to the European regulation CE N° 1829/2003 & CE N° 1830/2003.
Cooking Instructions
In a traditional oven
Preheat oven to 180°C for 10 minutes.
Place the still-frozen product on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 12-14 minutes.
In a frying pan
Heat a little oil in a frying pan and place the frozen product in the pan.
Fry over medium heat for 7-9 minutes, turning occasionally.

I’m a fan of the unbelievable texture, as for the taste, is great when cooked properly. My advice is to add your own sauces and eat with rice or pasta to enjoy it.
