Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods that require certain storage conditions such as Plant-Based Foods & Whipping Cream cannot be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items (discounted items on promotion) cannot be refunded.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
These are exceptional cases granted on a case by case basis and there are no guarantees the case will be accepted.
To request your return, please contact our customer support via contact page to arrange for pickup and refund after confirming return eligibility as outlined above. Upon confirming eligibility, refunds will be processed using original method of payment, i.e currently only cash thus you’ll be refunded in cash on spot during pickup of returns at your place.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact our support team via our contact page to arrange for pickup and delivery at your place.
Shipping for any of the above mentioned returns will be handled by Quanta and EGP 50 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover shipping expense. Returns are usually processed within 3-5 working days from request date.
